The common toolbar buttons are present on every page. (Some of the buttons are optional.)
Accessibility - Switch to the accessible user interface. Accessible pages are designed to be read by a screen reader.
Sign in/Sign out - Opens the Sign in page. Signing in enables you to save reports and create profiles. (If you have already signed in, you can click this button to sign out.)
Choose language - Click to choose a language for the interface and help files. Only present if the site offers a choice of languages. Note: By default, a site opens in the language that is set in your web browser's preferences. If you find that you often have to change the language, you can check your browser's language settings, as follows:
Internet Explorer: Tools> Internet Options> General> Languages
Firefox: Tools> Options> Content> Choose
Reports - Opens the Reports tab.
Contact us - Click for contact information.
- Opens a hyperlink.
News - Click to see a list of reports that have been updated. To be notified when a report has been updated, you can drag the RSS icon 
into an RSS aggregator. Many RSS aggregators are available on the Internet.
Tutorials - Click to view a series of animated lessons.
Help - Click to open the online help.
