View printable version (Charts)

To view your chart in printable form, click the "View printable version" button on the toolbar.

Prepares your chart for printing by removing distracting page elements, such as menus and toolbars. To print the chart, use your browser's Page Setup, Print Preview, and Print commands.

• If you have selected "View data labels", the printable version will show the labels with any footnote and missing value indicators that are present appended to them. Footnote and missing value dictionaries will also be included at the bottom of the printable chart view. These dictionaries list all the footnote and missing value indicators, along with the complete text of the footnotes and missing values.
